As Q4 2025 comes to a close, Native Construction is excited to share the projects and progress that helped define another successful season. Based in the Cartersville, Georgia area, we continue to grow as a trusted partner for custom home building and residential remodeling across North Georgia. Project Spotlight: Home Addition & New Deck Renovation
One standout remodel this quarter is a transformation of an older home where we added both a full addition and a brand new deck. The project is currently in the sheetrock stage, and even at this phase, the impact is clear, more space, better flow, and a refreshed look that blends seamlessly with the original structure.
New Build Progress in Cartersville
Our custom new build in Cartersville, Georgia is getting close to the finish line. With framing complete and interior systems underway, the home is beginning to reflect the design vision created with our clients. Cartersville remains a thriving area for new construction, and we’re honored to contribute another high-quality, thoughtfully planned home to the community.
Headquarters Update: Nearing the Finish Line
Another exciting milestone this quarter is the continued progress on our future office headquarters. Electrical, plumbing, and drywall installations are now complete, and finish selections are in motion.
This new space will soon serve as the central hub for our team, streamlining project planning, hosting client consultations, and reinforcing the professional foundation of Native Construction as we move into 2026.
Remodeling Work Across North Georgia
In addition to our larger builds, we’ve continued supporting homeowners with impactful renovations throughout the region. From updated kitchens and bathrooms to structural improvements and layout redesigns, our remodeling team remains busy helping clients reimagine and revitalize their homes.
