Newest Project: Emerson Build
We’ve recently broken ground on a brand-new build in Emerson for a returning client. It’s always rewarding to work with repeat homeowners, and this project is already shaping up to be something special. We’ll be sharing progress photos as the build continues—stay tuned!
Small-Scale, Big-Impact Remodels
The Siniard Project: Bathroom Rebuild
We removed the old laminate and installed elegant, durable tile that not only looks great but is built to withstand moisture and daily use. By using a decoupling membrane beneath the tile, we created a stable, crack-resistant surface designed to last.
For the shower, we stripped out the old framing and installed crisp new tile that gives the space a clean and modern feel. In the corner we added the prettiest upgrade – a vintage-style claw-foot tub along with timeless charm.
We topped it off with bright, safe lighting and made sure to re-install the homeowner’s original cabinets and décor, keeping that personal touch intact. The result? A bathroom that’s not just stylish—but thoughtfully rebuilt for everyday life.
